Morgan Via serves as the Equipment Reliability Manager at Superior Paving Corp. since April 2017, overseeing maintenance and reliability programs for 12 asphalt plants and associated equipment. Responsibilities include facilitating improvement teams, developing continuous improvement strategies, and implementing best practices. Previous roles at Superior Paving Corp. include Plant TPR Coordinator and Planner/Scheduler, where Morgan handled work orders, job planning, CMMS management, and various administrative functions. Prior to joining Superior Paving Corp., Morgan worked as an Office Coordinator at And That, managing HR tasks and customer service, and spent time as a homemaker. Morgan attended Virginia Baptist College for Secondary Education and graduated from Colonial Forge High School in 2012.
