Sam Clement has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Starting in 2008, Sam worked as an Accounting Intern at Clark Associates, where they assisted the accounting department with various tasks and completed special projects. Sam then moved on to The WEBstaurant Store in 2010, serving as a Controller. In 2014, they joined Acuity Advisors and CPAs, LLP as a Senior Accountant before transitioning to Wenger Feeds in 2016. At Wenger Feeds, Sam held multiple positions, including Business Process Supervisor, Financial Operations Manager, and Dairy Finance Manager. In 2016, Sam also took on a part-time role as CFO/Controller at Lancaster Parts & Equipment Inc. In 2017, they became a member of the Zoning Hearing Board at Upper Leacock Township. In 2021, Sam joined Fairmount Homes Inc as the VP of Finance & CFO. Finally, in 2023, Sam took on the role of Chief of Staff at both Superior Plastic Products and Key-Link Fencing & Railing.

Sam Clement attended Messiah University from 2009 to 2010, where they studied Accounting without earning a degree. Following that, from 2011 to 2012, Sam attended Elizabethtown College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
