Kelly Hadley has over 25 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the National Customer Experience Manager at Superior Propane since March 2011, Kelly has progressed through various roles including National Service Supervisor, Ontario Service Supervisor, and Supervisor of Customer Service at the National Operation Centre. Prior to this, Kelly spent nearly 13 years at Iovate Health Sciences as the Manager of Logistics and Customer Service, contributing to a robust foundation in logistics and customer engagement.
