Melissa Dewi Tavera, PMP, MBA, currently serves as an Information Technology Project Manager at Superior Propane since August 2023. Previously, Melissa held the position of Information Technology Delivery Manager at Alexander Karl Group Corp. and worked as a Professor at Ateneo de Manila University, teaching various subjects in Management Information Systems and Agile Software Development. Melissa also has extensive experience in project management, having worked as Project Management Office Lead at IT Group, Inc., Senior IT Project Manager at Capgemini, and Account Project Manager at DXC Technology, where significant achievements included managing multiple large projects and driving substantial sales growth. Additional roles included SAP HANA Project Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, contributing to process improvements and quality management in project execution. Melissa holds a Postgraduate Degree in International Business Management from Niagara College, an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University.
