Kathleen Eagan

Kathleen Eagan is the Vice President of Operations and brings over twenty years of revenue cycle experience. Her broad knowledge of the diverse aspects of the healthcare revenue cycle, patient financial services, and payor reimbursement, including her experience in hospital administration make her a powerful ally for the clients.

Kathleen has managed and participated in numerous client projects related to accounts receivable reduction, interim patient accounting management, managed care contracting, compliance program development and assessment, detailed revenue cycle analysis, service line operational improvement implementation, physician coding/billing and reimbursement, and chargemaster/CPT coding analysis. Kathleen is considered an expert in the healthcare Revenue Cycle arena and is a leader in the industry. Her experience, level of professionalism and ability to work with all levels of management translates to excellent results for the clients.

Kathleen holds a Master of Arts degree in Organization Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. She is active in the CO HFMA Chapter and also has extensive experience in revenue cycle optimization in large and small hospitals, physician practices, and government healthcare facilities.
