Superior Sauna & Steam
Shaelyn Crutchley serves as the President and CMO of Superior Sauna & Steam since March 2023, overseeing sales, design, and manufacturing while establishing strategic partnerships within the sauna and spa sectors. Crutchley is also a Board Member at Highpoint Center for Printmaking and has been the Founder and President of Volo Creative, LLC since March 2018, focusing on health and wellness branding strategies. Previous roles include Chief Innovation Officer and VP of Design Innovation at Pacha Soap Co., where a new brand was launched during COVID-19, as well as various leadership positions at PepsiCo and 3M in product and brand development. Crutchley has shared expertise as a guest instructor at Minneapolis College of Art and Design and DSK Supinfocom International Campus, holds a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and has additional credentials from RMIT University.
