Currently serving as the CEO of Superior Silica Sands since December 2019, Scott successfully transformed the company from a loss in 2020 to generating over $40 million in EBITDA by 2022. Prior roles include COO at Hoerbiger Corporation America, where Scott played a pivotal role in global operations, and leadership positions within Hoerbiger Service, achieving significant revenue growth and operational improvements. With a progressive career that began at LTV Missiles and Electronics Group, Scott holds multiple advanced degrees from Northwestern University and Texas A&M University, including an MBA and a Master of Engineering Management.
