Jeremy Courchaine began their work experience in the year 2000 as a Helpdesk Analyst at American Family Insurance, where they supported 5000 local and remote users in a mixed windows environment. Jeremy worked on large-scale application deployment and support of new proprietary life insurance software, as well as provided training to users. In 2001, they moved on to Walgreens as a LAN Administrator, supporting 3000 local and remote users in a mixed windows environment. Jeremy was responsible for server administration, LAN/WAN access, PC support, and application use. Jeremy also managed large-scale remote desktop deployments. Since 2007, Jeremy has worked as a Senior System Engineer at Superior Support Resources, Inc. In this role, they have implemented networks, Active Directory, network infrastructure services, Exchange/O365 installations, and virtualization platforms for various clients. Jeremy consults with their clients and strives to make decisions and act in their best interests.
Jeremy Courchaine attended Lakeland University from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. In 2007, they acquired additional certifications, including MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft, and MCSE1: Windows Server 2003 from Microsoft.
