Nicole Koontz

Nicole (Herrman) Koontz is an experienced Windows System Engineer currently working at Exelon since February 2023. Previously, Nicole served as a Junior Systems Engineer at Skyline Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included planning, implementing, and maintaining SCCM infrastructure, as well as managing Windows Server patching and resolving complex server and desktop issues. Prior roles included a Client Infrastructure Engineer at dentsu international following its acquisition of Merkle, and various positions at Merkle that encompassed systems administration and technical analysis. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and has a history of providing excellent support and documentation in IT environments.
