Joe Betz has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and companies. Joe worked at Superior Support Resources, Inc. from 2014 onwards, starting as an Associate Engineer and progressing to become a Senior Service Desk Analyst. In this role, Joe provided support for Windows end user and server environments, virtualization platforms, IP networking, and client VPNs. Joe also served as an internal subject matter expert for Cisco CUCM, CUC, and UCCX. Prior to working at Superior Support Resources, Inc., Joe owned and operated their own company called BetzPRO LLC, where they provided a range of services to customers. Joe also worked at Swick Technologies as a Systems Analyst, providing desktop support and monitoring network and server resources for clients.
Joe Betz attended Waukesha County Technical College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an A.A.S degree in Information Technology - Network Specialist. In July 2011, they also obtained a CCNA certification from Cisco.
