Bryan Irvin has over 20 years of experience in various treasury and finance roles. Bryan currently holds the position of Vice President, Treasurer at Superior Group of Companies since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Global Finance Treasury Services at Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated from July 2018 to August 2021.
From 2016 to 2018, Bryan was the Senior Manager of Treasury Operations at Kforce Inc, where they led the restructuring of a $300 million senior-secured credit facility and executed a $65 million interest rate swap arrangement.
Before that, they served as the Corporate Regional Treasurer, Americas at The Manitowoc Company Inc. for eight years. In this role, Bryan collaborated with the CFO to restructure a $1.05 billion senior-secured global credit facility and managed compliance of covenant mandates and interest rate adjustments.
In addition, Bryan worked as the Senior Manager of Treasury Operations, Americas at Enodis Corporation from 2000 to 2008. Bryan was responsible for corporate treasury activities in the Americas region, including cash management, foreign exchange rate risk, investments, credit management, banking relationships, and corporate debt profile.
Bryan's early career includes a role as a Senior Treasury Analyst at Franklin Templeton Investments, where they analyzed and reconciled shareholder account information, provided customer service, and identified and resolved over $2 million in dispute resolution transactions.
Throughout their career, Bryan has demonstrated expertise in treasury management, financial restructuring, risk management, and maintaining strong banking relationships.
Bryan Irvin obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida between 1994 and 1997. Prior to that, they studied Finance and Business Management at Georgia Southern University from 1993 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Bryan Irvin has also received certifications in Advanced Project Management from Indiana University in 2012 and in Global Risk Management and Valuation of Corporate Strategies from the University of South Carolina in 2006.
