Chris McChesney

Chris McChesney has extensive experience in technical support and IT operations. Currently serving as a Service Desk Analyst II at Superior Group of Companies since April 2014, Chris provides Tier 2 support through various channels. Prior to this role, Chris worked at Suncoast Hospice from November 2005 to January 2014 as a Hardware Software Technician, leading significant projects such as a company-wide antivirus and encryption transition to ensure HIPAA compliance. Chris began a career in the US Navy from August 1991 to August 1995 as a Technical Publications Librarian, overseeing technical manuals and related procedures. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems at the Florida Institute of Technology.
