Tedeana Latrace Phr

Tedeana LaTrace, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tedeana began their career in 1990 at Stone Container as a 401k Specialist. Tedeana then transitioned to Major Pharmaceuticals in 1993 and served as an HR Manager. Following this, LaTrace worked at US Robotics/3COM as an HR Manager from 1996 to 1998.

In 1999, they joined Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce as the VP of Workforce and Economic Development. After two years, they moved on to Acres Group in 2003, where they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager until 2014.

In 2013, LaTrace became an HR Consultant at Boyd Industries, Inc., and remained in that role until 2018. From there, they joined Superior Group of Companies in 2015 as the Manager of Benefits and Compensation. Over the years, they progressed within the company and took on roles such as Director of Payroll, HRIS & Benefits and Senior Director of Payroll, HRIS & Benefits. Tedeana currently holds the position of Senior Director at the company.

Tedeana LaTrace, PHR, SHRM-CP pursued their education with a strong focus on management. Tedeana first attended National Louis University from 1991 to 1992, earning a Bachelor's degree in Management. Following this, they enrolled at Walsh College from 1993 to 1995 and completed their Master's degree in Management. Tedeana's educational background reflects their dedication to developing their skills and knowledge in the field of management.
