Samuel Cho has over 20 years of work experience, with a strong background in IT project and program management. Samuel is currently the Enterprise and Health IT Director at Superlative Technologies since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Health IT Program Manager at Superlative Technologies since June 2020.

Samuel has worked at Deloitte as a Manager from April 2017 to June 2020, where they were responsible for various managerial tasks. Before that, they held the role of Senior Systems Engineer at both Millennium Corporation (August 2016 to April 2017) and Tracen Technologies (October 2015 to August 2016). In these roles, they developed and deployed software solutions for the Sea Warrior Program, conducted functional and system integration testing, and provided recommendations on adapting Agile methodologies for systems engineering and testing.

From September 2014 to September 2015, Samuel worked as a Senior Agile Project Manager at CGI, focusing on the U.S. Navy's transition to Agile methodology. Samuel provided guidance and leadership in implementing a hybrid SDLC methodology during this transition.

Samuel started their career as a Senior Consultant at CGI from August 2000 to August 2011, gaining extensive experience in consulting and project management.

Samuel obtained these certifications in September 2015 and July 2016, respectively. Samuel also holds the SAFe 4 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in July 2017.
