Dottie Wallace has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Assistant Deputy Director of Human Resources at the California State Lottery since April 2012, after holding the position of Staff Services Manager II. Prior to this role, Dottie held various positions at CalPERS, including Manager of Personnel Operations, and completed an 8-month Out of Class Assignment as Personnel Officer and Assistant Division Chief for Human Resources. Additional experience includes management positions in classification and pay, policy analysis, and training across multiple California state departments. Dottie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Seton Hill College, a certificate in Human Resources from Chapman University, and a degree in Leadership for Government Executives from California State University at Sacramento.
