Dave Ivan Puype

Dave Ivan Puype is an experienced technical support leader with a comprehensive background in customer support and team management. Currently serving as the Technical Support Team Lead at Supermetrics since June 2021, Dave has prior extensive experience at VMware, where positions ranged from Senior Supervisor to various leadership roles in customer support from March 2009 to August 2020. Previous experience includes a tenure at Xerox Europe Ltd. from October 2003 to March 2009, where Dave was a Team Leader in Technical Support and a Technical Trainer, developing training for approximately 700 staff. Earlier career experience at Iomega as a Level 3 Technical Product Specialist involved providing advanced technical support and handling escalations. Educationally, Dave holds a Diploma in Autism Studies from University College Cork, completed in 2017.
