Henrika Lyytikäinen

Henrika Lyytikäinen is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for the Go-to-Market team at Supermetrics since June 2020. With a strong focus on customer-facing roles such as Sales, Marketing, Support, and Professional Services, Henrika is dedicated to delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Prior to Supermetrics, Henrika held significant roles at Accenture, including Recruiting Senior Analyst, where the focus was on attracting talent for Accenture Security in the Nordics, and HR People Advisor, providing guidance on HR matters within Accenture Technology. Earlier experience includes positions at Nordea and Säästöpankkiryhmä, covering customer support and HR services. Henrika holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Turku School of Economics, along with international study experience from Bond University.
