Patrick Chiu is a seasoned professional in product management and engineering with extensive experience in the storage technology sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Management for Cloud & Enterprise Storage Systems at Supermicro since November 2019, Patrick leads the New Product Introduction (NPI) team for a range of storage products and analyzes market trends to define product specifications. Prior to Supermicro, Patrick held various leadership roles at Western Digital, including Director of Corporate Development & China Strategy, where efforts focused on key partnerships and product roadmap development for the Chinese market. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Patrick has also contributed to SanDisk, Schooner Information Technology, Sandwork Design, and Synopsys in various engineering and management capacities, and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.
