Ted Wisse

Ted Wisse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management, engineering, and customer support within the technology sector. As a Sr. Technical Account Manager and Sr. Field Engineer at Supermicro since April 2015, Ted oversees post-sales management for global service customers and acts as the primary escalation contact, collaborating with engineering and sales teams. Previously, as Principal Owner of Technology, Engineering & Data from January 2014 to April 2015, Ted provided customer support for Personal Information Networks. Ted's career also includes significant roles at Quantum, DOW JONES & COMPANY, AEROTEST OPERATIONS, INC, and BELL COMMUNICATIONS RESEARCH, demonstrating a strong background in system installation, troubleshooting, and engineering design. Ted holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, an ASEE in Electrical Engineering from Brookdale Community College, an ET in Electronics from DeVry, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Information Management Technology at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
