Ted Wisse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical account management, engineering, and customer support within the technology sector. As a Sr. Technical Account Manager and Sr. Field Engineer at Supermicro since April 2015, Ted oversees post-sales management for global service customers and acts as the primary escalation contact, collaborating with engineering and sales teams. Previously, as Principal Owner of Technology, Engineering & Data from January 2014 to April 2015, Ted provided customer support for Personal Information Networks.
