Jérôme Waked has a wide range of work experience. Jérôme started their career in 2014 as an Assistant Data Base Reporting for Coca-Cola Enterprises. In 2015, they worked as an Assistant Category Manager for Danone and an Assistant Business Partner Développement des compétences for Orange Business Services. From 2018 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Innovorder, including Customer Success Manager, Chef de Projet Opérations, and Chargé d'assistance clientèle. Most recently, they have been working as an Account Manager and Customer Success Manager at Supermood.

Jérôme Waked attended Lycée Louis Pergaud from 2010 to 2012, completing a Classe prépa HEC in Besançon. From 2012 to 2017, they attended EM Strasbourg Business School, earning a Programme Grandes Ecoles with a specialization in Marketing. From 2013 to 2014, they participated in an exchange program at Sabanci University, earning a Management program in Istanbul.
