Joe Duran

Joe Duran is an accomplished tech lead and software engineer with extensive experience in engineering leadership and software development. Currently serving as Tech Lead - Engineering at Supermove since June 2021, Joe provides architecture and technical guidance while managing direct reports. Key projects include the development of AI voice agents and a multi-modal real-time AI pipeline. Previously, Joe held prominent roles at Rally Health, Label Insight, Inc., and other tech companies, leading initiatives in high-traffic applications, event-driven systems, and cloud migrations. Joe's educational background includes a Master of Music in Jazz Studies and a BM in Jazz Studies from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by training at Dev Bootcamp.
