Raymond Paster

Raymond Paster is an experienced leader in program and project management within the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as Sr Manager, Program Manager at Supernal since April 2024, Raymond is focused on enhancing PMO business processes during a pivotal transition for the organization. Prior experience includes Program Director for Commercial and Civil Programs at Terran Orbital Corporation, where the portfolio was projected to grow significantly. Raymond held roles at L3Harris Technologies as Manager of Engineering Operations, improving engineering processes, and at Rockwell Collins as Program Manager for Subcontracts overseeing government systems. Additionally, an extensive career at The Boeing Company featured several progressive leadership positions, including Senior Manager and Systems Engineering Manager. Academically, Raymond holds a BS in Aerospace from the University of Michigan and an MA in Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.
