Steve began their career as a competitive skier on the U.S. Freestyle Ski Team, competing in World Cup competitions. Steve then transitioned into the marketing and creative field, working as the VP Marketing & Creative Director at Swatch Ltd. where they oversaw the creation of the Swatch brand through advertising, product development, promotions, live events, and more.
Following their time at Swatch, Steve founded Industrial Strength Productions, a content creation company that developed branded content for broadcast and cable networks. Steve later joined Electronic Arts (EA) and served as Chief Creative Officer, VP Creative Director, and VP Executive Producer, leading the business and creative vision for over 40 video game releases, including original IP and licensed games.
