Jeff Finn

Jeff is an accomplished engineer and business executive with extensive global experience in product development and operations. During his 20-year career at John Deere, he led many complex product development projects, managed manufacturing operations, and started a new factory and engineering center in China. Later he led the product development and business strategy for new technologies in John Deere’s Construction Division. Jeff is a co-founder at Supernova, and over the last four years has held a variety of roles leading the product design and operations areas.

Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSME in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
