Peter Kim has a wealth of experience in the technology and education industries. From 2018 to the present, they have worked at Supernova Technology™ as a Solutions Engineer & Tech Lead and a DevOps / System Operations Engineer. In 2017, they were a Software Engineering Graduate Intern at Boeing and a Master's Student at Washington University in St. Louis, where they developed a full-stack solution to the Smart Device Scheduling Problem by solving it with an Integer Linear Programming approach, implemented in Python using the Gurobi Optimizer software. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Teaching Assistant, Data Structures & Algorithms at Washington University in St. Louis and an Internal Vice President & Recruitment Chair at Chimes Junior Honorary. In 2014, they were also a Tennis Coach/Camp Counselor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. From 2009 to 2014, they were Team Captain at Centennial High School Tennis.

Peter Kim attended Centennial High School from 2009 to 2013. Peter then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they also took courses at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2016 as a Non-degree student, studying Mathematical Statistics and Probability & Philosophy. Finally, they completed a Master of Engineering - MEng in Computer Science at Washington University in St. Louis from 2017 to 2018.
