Parameswaran Subramanian

Parameswaran Subramanian has been working in the field of finance since 2005. Parameswaran started as an Articleship at Srinivasan & Shankar Chartered Accountants in 2005. In 2010, they became a Consultant at Siva Ventures Limited, where they were responsible for periodic MIS reporting to Management and ensuring timely compliance of statutory dues. Parameswaran then moved to Siva Industries And Holdings Limited in 2012, where they handled F&A and MIS reporting of Trading Division for about 2 years and then handled the Corporate Indirect Taxation. In 2014, they became a Professional Freelancer in the field of Audit & Accounting and also a Managing Partner at MSPS and Associates. In this role, they rendered Virtual CFO services to Software companies and helped SaaS startups in Business structuring & Finance modelling. In 2022, they became the Head Of Finance at SuperOps.ai.

Parameswaran Subramanian obtained their Chartered Accountant qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Parameswaran also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Madras. Parameswaran's educational background began with Padma Subramanium Bala Bhavan Matric Hr. Sec School.
