Sanjay Bysani is a seasoned software engineer and team lead with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and developing robust software solutions. Currently a Staff Software Engineer and Team Lead at Shopify, following the acquisition of Deliverr Inc., Sanjay has played a crucial role in both organizations since October 2021. Previously, Sanjay contributed significantly at Coursera and LinkedIn, driving major projects related to user-generated content and GDPR compliance. Sanjay's early career included impactful roles at Symphony Commerce, Amazon, and various prominent institutions, where foundational skills in full-stack development, e-commerce platforms, and advanced research applications were established. Sanjay holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
