Cat Thomason currently serves as an Operations & Talent Sourcer at super{set} since August 2023. Previously, Cat worked as a Recruiter/Sourcer at Everlaw from November 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to address business needs and manage candidate pipelines across various role levels. Prior to Everlaw, Cat was a Staff Recruiter at The People Connection, Inc. from July 2019 to November 2021, providing recruitment services for numerous legal clients, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and overseeing background checks and payroll processing. Cat holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dominican University of California.
