Silvia Ruiz de Alda

Silvia Ruiz de Alda has extensive work experience in various industries. Silvia currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Superside, a leading Creative-as-a-Service (CaaS) company. In this role, they assist over 450 brands with design and creative projects.

Prior to joining Superside, Silvia worked at McKinsey & Company in two different roles. Silvia served as a Junior Engagement Manager from April 2021 to February 2022 and as a Senior Associate from August 2019 to April 2021.

Before McKinsey, Silvia gained experience as a Summer Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2018. Silvia also worked as a Junior Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from August 2014 to July 2017.

Silvia's career began with an internship program at Garrigues in 2013.

Silvia Ruiz de Alda earned a Double Degree in Economics and Law from the University of Navarra from 2008 to 2014. Silvia then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at IESE Business School from 2017 to 2019. In 2018, they participated in the MBA Exchange Program at Columbia University. Additionally, they attended the University of Alberta in 2012-2013 for an Economics Exchange Program.
