Kartik Sharma has held various roles in their professional career. In 2010, they began as a Senior Accountant Audit at Rajan Chhabra & Associates. In 2014, they moved to BrightBridge Advisors as an Account Executive, where they managed a portfolio of 3-4 clients in respect of their accounts and payroll. In 2017, they became Assistant Manager at Action Construction Equipment Ltd. In 2019, they were promoted to Operations Manager at Shree ganpatlal onkarlal agrawal & co. Currently, they are Head Of Operations at Supersourcing, where their roles and responsibilities include generating and analyzing financial data regarding company performance, customer and internal team efficiency, and developing reports for key stakeholders.

Kartik Sharma attended Delhi University from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom in Honors and a BCom Hons in Business/Commerce, General. Kartik also attended DAV Public School from 2006 to 2009.
