Nikita D is an experienced Human Resource professional currently overseeing HR and Operations functions at Supertal since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing HR operations, processes, projects, and the complete employee lifecycle, along with handling EOR and PEO processes for India, South East Asia, and the Middle East. Nikita D holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource and Operations from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Business Administration and Management from Utkal University.
