David Dallas is an experienced leader and communicator, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Mississippi Delta since August 2015 and hosting the Delta Talk radio show on SuperTalk Mississippi since March 2020. With a career spanning over three decades, Dallas has been self-employed as a presenting trainer, actor, director, and writer, providing stage training and directing theater programs across various institutions. Previous roles include Executive Director at the HEALTHCARE FOUNDATION OF THE TRI-STATE DELTA, where strategic programming and donor cultivation were prioritized, and Executive Director at Bologna Performing Arts Center, recognized as the "Best Performing Arts Venue" in 2006. Dallas also held significant positions at Drexel University and the US State Department, managing international programs and administering substantial grant projects. Educationally, Dallas holds a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Mississippi State University and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Political Science and Literature from Delta State University.
