Thales Camargos has extensive work experience in the IT field. Thales is currently working at Banco Supervielle as the Head of IT Product Delivery & Operations, where they collaborate closely with the CTO to improve operations and deliver products and infrastructure capabilities. Thales'sresponsibilities include ensuring the health and functionality of the technological stack, simplifying and modernizing processes, and focusing on digital transformation.

Prior to their current role, Thales worked as the Head of IT Operations at Banco Supervielle, where they managed and administered the bank's technology, information, and data to reduce costs and risks. Thales also ensured the evolution of IT infrastructure and efficient management of IT services.

Thales has also worked as the IT Ops Solutions & Automation Lead at Banco Supervielle, focusing on cloud operations, automation, and applying preventive measures to maintain service continuity. Thales has experience in deploying infrastructure in the cloud, automating operational processes, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Before joining Banco Supervielle, Thales worked as the IT Operations Leader at Ripio, where they led IT operations from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they had various roles at Accenture, including Enterprise Solutions Architect, IT Operations Team Lead, Incident Coordinator, and IT Operations Analyst.

Thales began their career as a Professor of Web Design and Informatics at Microcamp, and later worked as a Coordinator and Professor of Informatics and Web Design at Deltafox - Cursos, Sistemas e Serviços.

Throughout their career, Thales has gained extensive experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, automation, and digital transformation.

Thales Camargos completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management at FATEC Rio Preto/Brasil from 2009 to 2012. In 2018, they started their studies at Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management, which they expect to complete in 2022. In 2020, Thales also attended a Business Planning program at Univesp Oficial. Thales has obtained various certifications, including Advanced Architecting on AWS from Amazon Web Services (AWS), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) from UTN Buenos Aires, and Strategic Agility from the Project Management Institute. Thales has also obtained certifications in cybersecurity, scrum, digital marketing, and IT service management.
