Martha Estrella has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. 🇨🇴 Martha'smost recent role was as a People Specialist at Suplos starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at TSG from 2022 to 2023. 🇨🇴 Martha also served as a Talent Acquisition Lead at LQN from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for leading the talent acquisition process. Before that, they worked as an Analyst of Personnel Selection at Asesoftware from 2021 to 2021. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Talent Acquisition and Security Analyst at Stefanini LATAM. Furthermore, they gained experience as a People & Talent Analyst at Grupo CMC Colombia from 2018 to 2020, where they were involved in recruitment and selection processes. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant of Human Resources at Grupo CMC Colombia from 2018 to 2019. Overall, Martha Estrella has a strong background in talent acquisition, personnel selection, and human resources management.

Martha Estrella is currently pursuing a specialization in High Management at the Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina, which they started in 2022 and will finish in 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at the same institution from 2019 to 2022.

In 2021, Martha also completed a Technological Specialization in Competency-Based Human Talent Management at the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA). Before that, from 2017 to 2019, they obtained a degree as a Human Talent Technologist from the same institution.

Aside from their formal education, Martha obtained the Scrum Master Fundamentals certification from CertiProf in September 2020.
