Daniela Moura O. Beltrame is currently working at The Supplant Company as the Regulatory Affairs & Innovation Lead. Before joining The Supplant Company, Daniela worked as a Consultant for the development of a food composition database in the Caribbean region for the University of West Indies and FAO. Daniela also has experience working at Herbalife as a Supervisor for NPD Projects and at the Biodiversity for Food and Nutrition Project as the National Project Coordinator in Brazil. With a background in Nutrition and Food Science, Daniela has a PhD from USP and has also worked as a Scientific and Regulatory Affairs Consultant for various companies.
