Nili Ratz - Valer

Nili Ratz-Valer has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2001. Nili began their career as an Organizational Consultant in the Air Force, IDF in 2001. Nili then moved to Lotem in 2003 as an Organizational Consultant, where they developed and conducted workshops, on-boarding processes, knowledge management concepts, and HR internal course design. In 2005, they became a HR Business Partner at ECI Telecom, and in 2008, they took on the role of Global Learning & Organizational Development. From 2013 to 2016, Nili Ratz-Valer worked as VP Human Resources at Amdocs, and from 2017 to 2021, they worked as Chief People Officer at 888holdings. Nili currently holds the same role at SupPlant, which they began in 2022.

Nili Ratz-Valer obtained a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management- executive’s program from Tel-Aviv University. Nili also holds an Executive Coaching certification.
