Yana Crispil has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field. yana began their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Generalist at Amdocs. In the same year, they took on the role of Head of Chinese Desk at Jetbuzz LTD, where they were responsible for setting up a Chinese department from scratch, recruiting staff, and initiating and developing new work methods, procedures, and protocols. In 2014, they became a Business Development Manager at China Liaison, where they established an entire operating marketing department for a large Chinese company, advised a real estate company on their marketing strategy for the Chinese market, and provided consulting services for the company that won the bid for building the biggest port in Israel. Most recently, Yana has been the Head of HR at SupPlant since 2019, where their primary responsibilities include creating an HR work plan, supporting the company's growth, building and managing the HR budget, and setting up talent acquisition and effective on-boarding for new hires.

Yana Crispil began their educational journey in 2006 when they attended the Impro - Film & Acting Academy. yana then went on to Tel Aviv University where they obtained a BA in East Asian Studies, focusing on Mandarin, Energy in Asia, and Business in China. In 2013, they attended the University of Haifa for East Asian Studies. In 2014, they completed a Gemology course for polished diamonds at the CGS- Center of Gemological Studies.
