Dominic (DJ) Merino

Dominic (DJ) Merino started their professional career in 2012 as a Judicial Intern at the Brazoria County Courthouse. In 2013, they worked as a Runner/Assistant at Popp Hutcheson PLLC until 2014. In 2015, they had multiple roles as a Student Worker at the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, as well as a Legal Intern at the Collin County District Attorney's Office. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Law Clerk at the Federal Aviation Administration and as a Legal Intern at COPsync, Inc. Dominic (DJ) then joined the U.S. Small Business Administration as an Attorney from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Corporate Counsel at Susan G. Komen until 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they served as General Counsel at Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). Currently, they hold the position of General Counsel at Supplier.io, starting in 2023.

Dominic (DJ) Merino began their education in 2010 at The University of Texas at Austin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. Dominic (DJ) completed their undergraduate studies in 2014. Subsequently, they enrolled at the SMU Dedman School of Law in 2014 and earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree by 2017.
