Gregory Ladich

Gregory Ladich is an accomplished Distribution Consultant with extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management. Currently serving at 3PLR Supply Chain Logistics Consultants since July 2020, Gregory has focused on facilities network optimization, logistics benchmarking, and transportation efficiency. As a Warehouse Distribution Consultant for the Supply Chain Alliance since December 2021, Gregory has enhanced warehouse throughput during peak shipping seasons. Previous roles include consulting for private clients to improve warehouse utilization and productivity, managing distribution operations for FirsTime & Company, and overseeing logistics for DHL Supply Chain and other major firms.
