Pankaj Chopra

Pankaj Chopra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and insights within the corporate sector. Currently serving as Vice President & Head of Analytics & Insights at Mondelēz International, Pankaj oversees end-to-end analytics across a $12 billion revenue organization. In addition, Pankaj holds the position of Distinguished Executive in Residence at Rutgers Business School, where strategic guidance is provided on data science and AI initiatives. Pankaj has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member, teaching courses on Business Policy and Strategy. Furthermore, Pankaj is involved in advisory roles with the Supply Chain Analytics Institute and the Rutgers Marketing Advisory Council. Previously at Johnson & Johnson, Pankaj led various analytics and digital transformation initiatives, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and intelligent automation. Educationally, Pankaj is enhancing expertise through a Chief Digital Officer Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a degree in Data Science & Analytics from the University of California, Berkeley.
