Riko Smith

Riko Smith is an experienced professional in human resources and education, currently serving as the People Team Lead at Supply Chain Partner since January 2021, where responsibilities also include employee engagement and social media management. Prior to this role, Riko worked as a tutor at Tutor Doctor, receiving recognition as one of the Top 3 tutors in the Africa/Australia Region for the 2019 Tutor of the Year Award. Riko has held various positions at the University of Pretoria, including Department Assistant and Lecturer Assistant, and previously served as a camp coordinator at Clearview Tutor and Equestrian Centre. Riko's academic qualifications include a Master of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in the same field, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management, all attained from the University of Pretoria.
