Justin Diggle currently serves as the Director of Employee & Labour Relations, Health & Safety, and HR Compliance at Supply Ontario, with an additional role as Acting Director of Total Rewards. With extensive experience in labour and employment law, Diggle served as Senior Legal Counsel (Labour & Employment) and Manager of Employee and Labour Relations at the Region of Peel, as well as Senior Legal Counsel at LCBO. Diggle has been an instructor in the Department of Political Science (Legal Studies) at Wilfrid Laurier University since 2000. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), a Certificate in Negotiation, and a Master of Arts in Political Science, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies.
