Michelle Kotlarovski

Michelle Kotlarovski is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Director and HR Business Partner for Special Projects at Supply Ontario since May 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Senior Manager for Talent Management and HR Programs at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) from June 2019 to May 2022, where Michelle led a recruitment team focused on talent acquisition and onboarding services, emphasizing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Michelle also developed and implemented key HR programs, including Learning and Development and Wellness initiatives, while advising hiring managers on strategic people solutions. Earlier in Michelle's career, key roles included Senior HR Program Lead and Human Resources Advisor within the Ontario Government from April 2014 to June 2019.
