Melissa Mendez

Melissa Mendez has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Melissa began their career at Macy's as a Sales Associate, where they provided excellent customer service and exceeded sales goals. Melissa then interned at Center City Film & Video, assisting with production tasks and transcribing. Melissa had another internship at ReminderMedia, working with the CEO to create training videos and pitch new ideas. Melissa also interned at NBCUniversal, Inc. for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Following their internships, Melissa joined Whitemarsh Valley Country Club as a Banquet Server, where they provided customer service across various areas of the club. Melissa eventually promoted to Ala Carte Server and gained experience in positions such as Busser and Beverage Cart attendant.

Melissa then joined QVC as a Studio Coordinator, responsible for communication with vendors and guests regarding on-air strategies and company policies. Melissa later became an Associate Producer, maintaining awareness of product support and new policies. Currently, Melissa works at supplyFORCE as a Project Specialist, where they have progressed from a Marketing Specialist to a Senior Marketing Specialist.

Melissa Mendez completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from La Salle University from 2011 to 2015. In 2016, they attended Temple University for a specialized course in Social Media for Business, focusing on Marketing. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Melissa attended Plymouth Whitemarsh High School from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Melissa has obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including "Recognizing and Seizing Opportunity at Work" in May 2023, "Thinking Creatively" in March 2023, and "Content Marketing: Blogging for Business" in November 2022, among others.
