Harshit Mittal has extensive work experience as a Co-Founder and CTO in the tech industry. The platform allowed restaurants to focus on their core competencies by handling inventory procurement challenges. In 2019, they co-founded SupplyNote, a digital procurement stack for F&B businesses. SupplyNote offers end-to-end supply chain solutions and helps businesses optimize their profits through cost reduction in operations and management.
From 2012 to 2016, Harshit Mittal studied Mathematics and Scientific Computing at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
