Kim L. Mitchell

Kim L. Mitchell is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational growth, strategy, and program development across multiple sectors, including technology and philanthropy. Currently serving as the VP of Organizational Growth & Strategy at NPower since August 2020, Kim also holds various VP titles within Npower Inc, focusing on launching successful tech careers for opportunity youth, veterans, and their spouses. An independent consultant since 2014, Kim offers management and organizational development services to for-profit and non-profit organizations. Kim provided thought leadership as a Senior Fellow at the Support Center for Nonprofit Management and led the Northeast Region team at JPMorgan Chase in executing the global philanthropy mission from 2006 to 2013. With a foundation in human resources and staffing, Kim's early career at JPMorgan Chase included key roles in talent acquisition and learning development. Kim holds a BA in Urban Studies from Lake Forest College.
