Nic Fielers

Nic Fielers is an experienced professional in customer success and project management with a strong background in sales and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at SupportNinja since January 2023, Fielers previously held the same position at Bolton Remote from May 2022 to January 2023. Prior to that role, Fielers was an IT Project Manager at Cadoo from May 2020 to April 2022. Fielers spent nearly two decades at HRK Retail and Hospitality Software Solutions, culminating in the role of Director of Sales and Business Development from January 2001 to April 2020. Fielers earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Unisa between 1998 and 2001 and completed high school education at Kearsney College from 1994 to 1997.
