Timmy Bacani has been working in the talent acquisition field for over six years. Timmy started their career at PSG Global Solutions, where they worked for two years as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. There, they were responsible for sourcing potential candidates, encoding candidate information into the company database, and setting up interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Timmy was also involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails and general relationship-building. After PSG Global Solutions, Timmy Bacani worked at Confidential for two years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. There, they specialized in placing diverse, qualified professional candidates in large, national financial and healthcare organizations across the United States. Timmy focused on matching professional level candidates with companies that would expand their skill set and move their career forward. Timmy is currently a Senior Talent Assessor at Support Shepherd.

Timmy Bacani went to ABE International Business College and got their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
