Troy Woolever possesses a diverse background in psychology and customer service, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University. Currently serving as a Waiver Case Manager at Supportive Living Solutions since April 2023, Troy previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at Willis Towers Watson and as a Behavior Therapist at Holland Center. Additional experience includes roles as a Skip Tracer at Centerpoint Legal Solutions, a Mitigation Intern at the Federal Public Defender, and various positions in customer service and education, demonstrating a strong commitment to supporting individuals through various stages of their development and needs.
