Junar Amador

Junar Amador has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Junar is the President and COO of SupportZebra since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and President/CEO of JDS Prime, Inc. and 718 Prime Builders, Inc. starting in 2020. From 2021 to 2023, Junar worked as the Head of Global Hub, Global Business Services at Fresenius Medical Care Solutions Services (Phils) Inc.

Before that, they served as the Managing Director - Global Business Services (Philippines) at Ingram Micro from 2016 to 2020. Junar was responsible for operational and administrative matters of GBS Philippines, focusing on operational efficiency and building a culture of trust.

Junar also held the position of Executive Vice President at Teleperformance in 2015, overseeing various business sectors. From 2002 to 2015, they worked as the Country Head at Concentrix, establishing contact centers in different cities.

Prior to that, they were a Business Manager at Contact World and Division Head of Paging Operations at Philippine Wireless, Inc. - pocketbell. At both companies, they played significant roles in project management and operations improvement.

Junar Amador attended the University of Santo Tomas and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering in 1988. Junar later attended Liceo de Cagayan University, where they earned another Bachelor of Science degree in Major in Human Resource Management in 2013.
